THE MEMBERSHIP
Go a little deeper.
The paid membership is for people who want more than weekly inspiration — a calm, structured companion to their everyday wellness, arriving each month without fail.
What arrives each month
01
A Monthly Wellness Guide
Each month, a new guide arrives — calm, practical, and beautifully designed around the season's theme. Something to read once, then return to across the month whenever a particular section feels relevant.
Not a program. Not a challenge. Just genuinely useful.
02
A Seasonal Recipe Pack
A curated collection of seasonal recipes designed to make feeding yourself well feel considerably easier. Built around what's naturally available and nourishing right now — not what's trending.
Simple, satisfying, and worth returning to.
03
The Private Section of Each Week's Newsletter
Every week the free newsletter goes a little further for paid members — more practical detail, a reflection prompt, or a behind- the-scenes note from Michelle's kitchen or desk.
The same calm, honest voice. Just a little more of it.
A full year of guides — one arriving each month
Each guide is built around the season you're in and the theme that matters most right now. Together they form a complete, practical approach to everyday wellness — one that deepens quietly across the year.

A PERSONAL NOTE
From Michelle
The free newsletter is something I'm genuinely proud of — a complete piece of writing each week that I hope makes your Monday mornings feel a little steadier. That part isn't changing.
The membership exists for the people who want to go a little further. Who want the structure of a monthly guide arriving reliably, the seasonal recipes already curated and ready, and the sense of a fuller, more supported approach to their wellness across the year.
It's not a program. There's no pressure to keep up, no daily tasks, and no guilt if you dip in once and set it down for a week. The guides and packs are yours to use at whatever pace feels right.
If that sounds like what you need right now, I'd love to have you.
— Michelle

A few things worth knowing
-
Your first guide and recipe pack arrive at the beginning of your first full membership month. If you join in June, they arrive in June.
Everything is delivered directly to your inbox — nothing to download from a separate platform.
-
None at all. The guides and recipe packs are yours to use at whatever pace feels right. Some months you'll work through everything. Others you'll dip in once. Both are completely fine — the membership is designed to support you, not add to your to-do list.
-
Yes. You can cancel your membership at any time through your Substack account settings. There are no lock-in periods, no cancellation fees, and no hard feelings. If you cancel, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.
-
You can upgrade to paid at any time through the link below — your existing subscription simply upgrades and you gain immediate access to the paid content. Nothing about the free newsletter changes.
-
Yes. Wellness for Everyday Living is published on Substack, which handles all subscription management and payments securely through Stripe. You'll need a Substack account to manage your membership — it's free to create one.
